Working on a long-term project together? Helping them improve efficiencies in their company? Training them to make the most of your software? Keep the customer in the loop and create action items together to move the relationship — and the key results! — forward.

When to use this template

Use this template for regular check-ins with a customer, whether that’s quarterly, bi-monthly, or semi-annually. While this template specifies a “project status,” it could apply more generally to progress in onboarding, training, or product usage; for example, you may have milestones set up for getting the client’s systems fully integrated with your software.

Send the agenda ahead of the meeting so the customer knows what to expect and can add questions or discussion items. Then send a recap of the meeting after it happens to close the loop.
