Where can I see the AI summaries?

As long as you record your meeting in Vowel, you'll see the automated summary when you hang up from the video call, at the top of the Home tab. You can also see it when you click on a past recorded meeting on your dashboard (from within the time frame you've had the automated summary feature). *Note: Automated summaries are only available on the Business plan. You'll get a 30-day trial of the Business plan when you sign up for Vowel (no credit card required).

Can I edit the summaries?

Yes! The summaries are automatically generated after a meeting ends, but you can easily edit them by clicking into the summary box. Edit right after the meeting ends (while on the summary screen), or when you revisit a recorded meeting from the Recent tab.

Can I share the meeting summaries, action items, and notes?

Yes, you can automatically share the meeting summaries, action items, and notes to 1000s of apps using the Zapier integration.

Is this a paid feature?

Yes, AI-powered meeting summaries, action items, Catch Me Up, and Zapier integration are only part of Vowel's Business plan. If you're new to Vowel, you'll get a 30-day trial of the Business plan when you sign up (no credit card required). After the trial ends, you’ll be downgraded to Vowel’s Free plan, unless you choose to subscribe to a Business plan.
